What is Trophex?
On the 12th and 13th January 2020, HPC Laser once again exhibited at Trophex Live at Birmingham’s NEC. As the UK’s only dedicated event for the trophy, awards and engraving industries Trophex is an ideal opportunity to meet people from these sectors as well as from signage, personalisation and printing. 
Visitors from throughout the UK, Europe and further afield witness a number of product launches and take advantage of the exclusive offers and networking potential of the 2 day show. The new layout made it easier to navigate between the product launches, demonstrations and exclusive offers available at trade shows like this.
What we got up to
Trophex started the way it always does, with an excellent turnout in an electric atmosphere, and a variety of machines to showcase the different type of laser systems available, their capabilities and applications.
The LS6840, LS6090 PRO engraving and cutting machines and LSE110 Fiber Engraver are extremely popular during these live demonstrations, and really show off the full potential of lasers in the trophy and engraving industries. Visitors were also pleasantly surprised to witness first-hand how easily these machines can be configured and used. During these demonstrations we offer honest guidance and advice to visitors how to effectively and efficiently cut, engrave and mark with both CO2 and fiber lasers.
What’s next?
The event ended on a high as we were told HPC Laser won the award for Best Product for Personalisation 2020. 4 lucky visitors of Trophex 2020 were then pulled out of the HPC hat and each awarded a £250 Laserscript discount voucher.
We will be holding another prize draw at Bett Show, offering 4 further vouchers AND a 3D printer. Bett Show 2020 takes place on 22nd-25th January. We’ll be hosting live demonstrations on our laser engravers and cutters, giving expert advice on the systems and producing a wide range of samples.
