    Benefits Of Fibre Laser Welding

    Ease of Use

Fibre laser welders are user-friendly, and designed to be accessible even to individuals with no prior welding experience. This ease of use facilitates a faster learning curve and broader adoption in various settings.

    High Efficiency

Fibre laser welders boast an energy efficiency rate much less than other welding methods, leading to significantly lower operational costs compared to traditional welding technologies.

    Precision and Quality

Fibre welders provide exceptional precision, delivering consistent, clean, and high-quality welds. The precision aids in minimizing heat distortion, which is essential for intricate and sensitive welding tasks.

    Speed

With capabilities to perform welding tasks at much higher speeds, fibre laser welders enhance productivity, allowing for quicker manual production cycles without compromising the quality of the welds.

    Versatility

Fibre laser welders can handle a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, and mild steel, alongside challenging metals like aluminium and copper. This versatility makes them suitable for use across diverse industrial welding applications.

    Minimal Maintenance

The solid-state design and fewer moving parts of fibre laser welders minimise their need for maintenance. This reliability translates to lower downtime and reduces ongoing maintenance costs.

    Reliability, Safety & Consumables

Our LSW range of laser welding, cleaning and cutting machines are designed with safety features and reliability as standard.

They are fitted with the highest quality Pilz safety relays which allow the connection of up to 3 x external dual channel safety circuits, output signal for a laser warning beacon and 24V DC power supply.

This allows the safety relay and reset functions to interface directly with security features such as door switches on safety enclosures and masks. This functionality also provides output signals for devices such as laser warning beacons.

Argon or Nitrogen gas is required for all of the 3 main functions of the machine. But, because only 1 Bar of gas pressure is required, gas consumption is low, yet welding, cutting and cleaning functions all produce excellent results.

The laser head optics are protected by easily replaceable protection windows. All consumable parts are held in stock at HPC Laser for rapid despatch when required.
