Shipping Costs

We have multiple shipping packages depending upon the size and weight of materials involved

For everything other than large, heavy items we offer UPS standard which is usually next day delivery to most of mainland UK with the exception of some areas of Scotland.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance of HPCs terms and conditions, copies of which are available upon request. Despatch time on materials and spare parts deliveries is usually 3-5 working days for items that are in stock. If there are any stock issues with your order we will call you to let you know. You can then choose to either wait for your order to be available or cancel.

For larger items such as fume filter systems we offer a pallet delivery service.

Our Returns Policy

We offer a fair and reasonable returns policy

If you are returning a part to be tested, then that part is considered “GOOD” until it is tested to be bad. You must insure the parts during shipment. If that part is damaged in shipping, then you must file a claim for shipping damage. If your package is not boxed well and packaged with foam, then the shipper may deny your claim.

All machines are thoroughly run and tested for each function before delivery. Each machine is tested and run for several hours to ensure that it performs to our standards.

Due to the vast range of material properties, the laser machine is not guaranteed to perform to a specific production rate nor is the laser machine warranted for merchantability, production capability, product application, or profitability.

Any machine RETURN would be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee as all machines are built to order, and any applicable expenses of performing the return as return cost. The return cost includes but not limited to costs that are found in: labour hours, fuel, hotel, and freight shipping.

The warranty extends only to the original owner of the machine and is not transferable.
