HPC Midi PRO

The HPC Midi PRO fibre laser cutting machines are engineered to offer full-sheet manufacturing capability in a compact protective enclosure for maximum operator safety. The front access door is servo motor driven and a pull-out table enables easy loading of new sheet and plate material and makes finished parts much more accessible.

Available with bed sizes of 2500 x 1300mm and 3000 x 1500mm and laser powers from 1kW to 6kW, a compatible water chiller unit, fan system for fume extraction and exhaust ducting are all included as standard. Self-contained fume filter options are available which means that external ventilation is not required, ideal for installations where access to an external wall or roof vent is not possible.

An automatic focus Raytools laser head, Yaskawa servo control and a state-of-the-art onboard Windows PC are cleverly engineered into an extremely modest footprint which offers maximum flexibility and convenience.

Its compact footprint means that full sheet production runs needn’t take up any space in your facility than absolutely necessary.

The twin ball screws mated together with precision servo drive systems ensure maximum precision whilst our EN 60825 compliant enclosure and Allen Bradley Guardmaster safety switches ensure that operators are able to work safely with the machine at all times. It is safety features such as these that made the Midi PRO machines suitable for the most safety conscious of applications, including schools, colleges and universities.
