HPC Maxi PRO

The HPC Maxi PRO fibre laser machines are engineered to offer full-sheet manufacturing capability with an optional protective enclosure for maximum operator safety. Open bed class 4 machines are also available, offering optimum access for loading and unloading operations.

Bed sizes of 2500 x 1300mm, 3000 x 1500mm and 4000 x 2000mm are available and all machines are supplied with a compatible water chiller unit, fan system for fume extraction and exhaust ducting. Self-contained fume filter options are available which means that external ventilation is not required, ideal for installations where access to an external wall or roof vent is not possible.

A Dual bed arrangement means that one bed can be inside the machine whilst the other is outside the machine. This allows simultaneous processing inside the machine and material handling outside the machine.

An automatic focus Raytools laser head, Yaskawa servo control and a state-of-the-art onboard Windows PC are cleverly engineered into each machine.

Because of the modular manner of construction, the Maxi PRO machine range is available with optional integrated tube cutting arrangement. This clever system makes use of an extended X axis and oversize gantry to provide plate cutting and tube cutting using a single machine chassis, laser source and head.

The twin ball screws mated together with precision servo drive systems ensure maximum precision whilst our optional EN 60825 compliant enclosure and Allen Bradley Guardmaster safety switches ensure that operators are able to work safely with the machine at all times.

HPC Laser offer no obligation advice around the use of protective enclosures and selection of an appropriate laser source for your application. Care must be taken to match the target materials with a compatible laser source.
