Flexible yet tough
Introducing the new CNC1325 Stone Router, a heavyweight cutting and engraving machine for the most demanding industry use.
This machine is a powerhouse, designed to machine through some of the toughest materials. It is perfect tool for those processing stone, marble, and granite. However, the machine is also suitable for work with metals, woods and synthetic materials.
A powerful heavyweight
The high spindle speed of up to 24,000 RPM is powered by a 4.5kW water-cooled spindle motor. Furthermore, it can accommodate sheets of material of up to 8’ x 4’ thanks to the 1300 x 2500mm bed. Besides the large bed and spindle speed, this solid 1550KG machine is built to withstand large loads of heavy material.
A variable frequency inverter drive offers controlled acceleration and deceleration, thus minimising current surges and supply issues. With the industry ER20 collet system, a wide range of easily accessible tooling is available. We also have linear and rotary toolchange systems available to provide further tooling flexibility.
As well as these features, a fitted water spray system is included. This clears excess dust and debris from the work area throughout the operation.
Intuitive software
All our CNC routers come with Vectric Cut2DPro software as standard. However, other software packages are available on request. A simple file transfer through the USB connector on the hand controller is used to transfer files. For educational use please visit Vectric Educational License.
