The CNC2030 router is your ideal partner for most industrial production requirements. Ideally suited to signmakers, woodworkers, exhibition stand manufacturers and general fabrication.
It has a large work area, able to take a full sized 2000 x 3000mm sheet of material and the generous spindle motor power and high tool speed of 18,000 RPM allows it to machine a wide range of materials and thicknesses. It is available with spindle power upgrades and toolchange options for added productivity and flexibility.
As standard it has a powerful 3.5kW air cooled spindle motor with an available upgrade to 4.5kW air cooled available. We also offer an optional 3.2kW water cooled variant offering lower noise and higher maximum speed of 24,000 RPM. All options are driven by a variable frequency inverter drive offering controlled acceleration and deceleration to minimise current surges and supply issues.
The industry standard ER20 collet system offers a wide range of easily obtainable tooling. We also offer options for linear and rotary toolchange systems offering maximum tooling flexibility.
As standard all of our CNC routers are delivered with Vectric Cut2DPro software although alternative software packages are available upon request. File transfer is carried out by a simple file transfer through the USB port in the hand controller.
The included dust hood and optional dust bag extractor system provide an effective means of controlling dust and machine waste.
All of our CNC Routers can be fitted with a protective enclosure. This housing provides maximum operator safety, whilst enabling viewing from all sides – ideal for schools, colleges and other educational facilities. Please contact us for further details.
