Yes, xTool products offer user-friendly laser machines designed for both beginners and experienced users. They provide comprehensive guides and tutorials to assist new users in getting started with laser engraving and cutting.
What makes the xTool F2 Ultra different from the F1 Ultra?
While the F1 Ultra uses dual 20W fiber and diode lasers, the F2 Ultra is equipped with a much more powerful 60W MOPA fibre laser (with an optional 40W diode). This gives the F2 Ultra faster engraving speeds, deeper metal engraving, and greater efficiency for professional or small business use.
What materials can the F2 Ultra engrave and cut?
The F2 Ultra is optimised for metals such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper. With the optional diode laser, it can also handle wood, acrylic, leather, and other organic materials, making it one of the most versatile desktop engravers available.
Is the F2 Ultra suitable for large-scale production?
The F2 Ultra is ideal for small to medium-scale production, batch jobs, and custom work. With the Auto Conveyor, it can process larger projects more efficiently, but it’s not intended to replace heavy-duty industrial laser systems designed for 24/7 factory-scale manufacturing.
Do xTool laser machines come with software?
The F2 Ultra is compatible with proprietary software called xTool Creative Space (XCS), which is free to download and use. Additionally, they are compatible with Lightburn software.
I can buy machines directly from xTool in the UK, what is the benefit of buying from HPC Laser?
HPC Laser don’t just sell the machines, we also deliver them using our own engineers, we install them at your premises and then train you how to use the machine, making sure you’re getting the best start from your new investment.
You also benefit from our highly rated lifetime technical support and the opportunity to have our engineers visit your premises to service or repair your machine. Should anything go wrong with your machine during the warranty period, we visit you to rectify the problem rather than you having to pack up the machine and post it back to xTool’s UK warehouse.
Can I visit anywhere to see these machines in action?
Yes we have various xTool machines available for demonstration in our Halifax showroom. Please contact us to make an appointment.
What warranty period do you offer?
12 months ONSITE which means if anything goes wrong we come to you!
Why choose class 1 over class 4?
Yes, it is designed with safety in mind: Fully enclosed design with protective lid, smoke and fume extraction via built-in exhaust fan, emergency stop button and safety interlocks. However, proper ventilation and laser safety precautions should still be followed.
Do I qualify for free HPC Laser technical support if I bought my machine from xTool?
Unfortunately not, we can only offer technical support on xTool machines that were purchased directly from HPC Laser. However, we will offer technical support to customers who purchased their machines directly from xTool but then later purchased an onsite service from HPC Laser.
