Because we have our own team of engineers and fleet of vehicles covering the whole of the United Kingdom, you can expect the most personal service and customer experience when you buy from HPC.

From initial customer order through machine configuration, build and test to delivery and installation using takes around 7-10 working days.

Pre-Installation Assessment

Prior to offering a delivery and installation date we ask our customers to complete a risk assessment / site survey document which helps us to understand where the machine will be located and the presence of any issues such as steps, uneven surfaces, narrow doorways etc. Our engineers have installed machines into some very challenging locations using the unique manner in which the majority of our PRO range (excluding LS1690 and larger) can be separated to split through a standard single doorway.

Once the machine is in position we carry out all the installation work with the exception of any cutting of holes in the building for ventilation and fume extraction.
