HPC Laser
HPC Laser was established in 2006 and since then we have supplied over 5,000 machines to almost every conceivable application. During our time in business we’ve seen many other laser machine suppliers come and go. Unfortunately the UK laser and CNC router industries have historically been rife with cheap Chinese imports from suppliers who cease trading once they realise they have to provide ongoing service and support. HPC Laser are here for the long term!
Best “bang for your buck” in the UK
We firmly believe we offer the best value machines available in the UK. We’ve worked with the same reliable manufacturing partners for many years now and we’ve developed a range of excellent quality machines that are solidly built, extremely reliable and suitable for personal, educational and heavy-duty professional use. If you’re considering buying a much more expensive machine than a HPC, ask them what their machine will do that a HPC will not.
UK designed, built, tested and supported
Here at HPC we take machine safety and quality very seriously. This is why we use UK based CE compliance consultants to assist us with our machine certification. We hold a considerable amount of stock components in our Halifax factory and build machines to suit customer requirements. This includes in-house machine function and PAT testing for every single machine before dispatch.
Delivered and installed by our own engineers
Because we use our own engineers and vehicles to deliver and install your machine we’re in complete control of the quality of your experience. Our engineers are highly rated as being patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We regularly receive excellent feedback from our customers praising our engineers for the way in which they carried out their work.
Suitable for use in education
We’ve worked very carefully with our CE advisors and CLEAPSS to ensure that our range of CO2 laser engraving and cutting machines are suitable for use in education. This includes the use of Allen Bradley Guardmaster safety switches on all cabinet panels that can allow exposure to laser radiation. Many other suppliers offer class 4 machines which do not offer the same levels of safety as our machines. Neither CLEAPSS nor the UK Health and Safety Executive advocate the use of class 4 laser machines in an educational environment.
Compatible with single-door installations
All of our PRO CO2 laser engraving and cutting machines from LS6840 PRO upwards can be dismantled to fit through a standard single doorway. We don’t charge any extra for this work, all part of the service!
Confidence-inspiring warranty options
All of our PRO range of laser machines and CNC routers are supplied with a 12 month ONSITE warranty, meaning that we come to you if anything goes wrong with your machine under warranty. Extended warranty terms up to 3 years are available and often include free of charge onsite services as part of the deal. Our desktop laser machines are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty. Machine warranties exclude consumable parts such as the glass laser tube, mirrors and lens.
Outstanding technical support
Rated very highly on both Facebook and Google, HPC Laser are committed to the highest levels of customer service and support. Purchase of one of our machines entitles you to unlimited telephone and e mail technical support for the life of your machine. Unlike some other suppliers we do not charge for this service. Our friendly team are here to help every step of the way, whether your issue is with machine functionality, computer issues or file formats and conversions. Our technical support desk is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
Machine demonstrations available
We like all our customers to have the chance to see our machines in action for themselves. For this reason, we offer bookable appointments for live machine demonstrations at our Halifax showroom. These sessions are usually on Fridays but, please contact us if you’d rather come on another day and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We may also be able to put you in touch with one of our existing customers in your local area who may be happy for you to see their machine. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.
If you’re comparing us, please ask our competition:
- How long have you been in business and how many machines have you supplied?
- Are your machines CE compliance assessed here in the UK or do you assume CE compliance from your suppliers?
- Are your machines suitable for use in education? Are you offering a class 4 laser system?
- Do your machines have the appropriate safety switches installed?
- When I buy a new machine from you am I entitled to technical support? For how long? Do I have to pay?
- How many engineers do you have on the road covering the UK?
- What are the ongoing costs of running the machine – service, engineer callout and spare part costs?
And please compare their recommendations on Google, Facebook and Trustpilot.
