					<description><![CDATA[<p>The CW5200 <a href="https://hpclaser.co.uk/c/laser-cutter-water-chillers/">chiller unit</a> is suitable for water-cooled CO2 laser tubes. Ideal for heavier production or in a warm environment, will protect your tube and keep your beam accurate.</p>

<p>The CW5200 unit contains refrigerator gases and a compressor and actively cools the recirculating water. Suitable for use with laser tubes up to 150W.</p>
<p><strong>Filling</strong><br />
The CW5200 has a capacity of 6 litres and should be filled to just above the cooling coils.</p>
<p><strong>Temperature</strong><br />
Our chiller units are set up to maintain the water temperature at a constant 18 degrees.  The temperature is likely to increase under intensive use and the chiller will alert the user with an alarm sound if the temperature exceeds 25 degrees.</p>
<p><strong>Flow</strong><br />
The chiller unit has its own pump if a chiller unit is fitted the standard pump is no longer required.</p>
<p>The chiller unit monitors the flow rate of water and it will emit a warning sound and light the red alarm bulb if the flow rate is too low, this could be caused by kinks in the water tubing or blockages in the piping, if this error occurs, check all the water pipes for kinks or tight turns and check the water quality, if the water is murky it should be replaced.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Get ready for winter with antifreeze that is suitable for your laser tube.</p>
<p>Although based on Ethylene Glycol, <b>Laserscript CoolFlow </b>has been tested and classified as Non Toxic by an EPA certified laboratory. Previously Propylene Glycol was the only non toxic glycol available, that is no longer the case. The DeTox® additive. DeTox® prevents Ethylene Glycol from being metabolised (during digestion) into toxic by-products, which cause kidney failure, blindness and death. Tests carried out on <b>CoolFlow </b>confirmed the toxicity was "so low that it was impossible to determine an LD50 value".</p>
<p>The DeTox® additive has very little effect on heat transfer or antifreeze performance. In fact similar volumes of <b>CoolFlow </b>or Ethylene Glycol are required to achieve a specific freeze protection.</p>
<p>Mixing Guide for LS COOLFLOW ANTI-FREEZE</p>
<p>We recommend a 50/50 ratio between Coolflow Anti-Freeze and deionised water.</p>
